If individual is unconscious and/or disoriented, call 911

If an individual becomes aware of a communicable disease outbreak, for further instruction:

• Call University Health & Counseling Services, 472-1300 ext. 2211, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Call Public Health, 262-741-3140, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Call Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital Emergency Services, 920-568-5330 (open 24 hours every day).
